Interested in adoption? There’s never been a better time to adopt from Coastal of San Diego!

STEP 1: Check out our photo gallery of available dogs. With our re-designed adoption process, we’re able to better serve you and to match up the best dogs for your home life situation.

STEP 2: Fill out your adoption application online and an adoption counselor will contact you. Please keep in mind that we are a 100% volunteer-run organization. Our busiest days of the week are the Thursday and Friday before a weekend adoption event. Your interest in adoption is very important to us and we are working diligently to process everything in a timely manner. If your application comes back with errors or to verify receipt please email us and we will check for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
